It all started with 2 Programmers
1994, January:
ProData ApS (now ProData Holding ApS) was established by 2 Programmers - Michael Johansen and Peter Watson.
The vision to offer clients their strong IT competences and knowhow became the beginning of the IT Consultancy Company that later became ProData Consult A/S as we know it today.
1999, July:
Carsten Lindskog enters as CEO and Michael Johansen exits and continues as an IT Consultant amongst the very best.
2001, January:
ProData ApS becomes ProData Holding ApS and all activities are being transferred to a new subsidiary ProData Consult A/S.
2001, November:
As the very first IT Consultancy Company in Denmark, ProData Consult hires a full time Quality Manager, who ensures the implementation and further strengthen of ProData Consult’s entire Quality Assurance System. 2002, February:
In order to fulfill the high demand in Jutland, ProData Consult establishes an office in Randers. Simultaneously Thomas Vater is being hired to lead the office and to take care of the interests of the clients in Jutland. Today the office is located in Aarhus.
2003, November:
ProData Consult acquires the Swedish consultancy company IT-Scandinavia and establishes an office in Malmö.
2004, September:
Computerworld nominates ProData Consult for “Denmark’s Best Consultancy Company”. The result was second place this year.
2005, September:
ProData Consult is being awarded by Computerworld as both “Denmark’s Best Consultancy Company” and “Denmark’s Best IT Company”.
It is concluded that the concept that we persistently has focused on in the last many years is what the marked requests more and more. The clients expect hardcore competence, lightning speed service, uncompromising quality and commitment. And ProData Consult has hold on to this ever since and strengthened the concept further.
2005, oktober:
Danish Financial daily Boersen grants ProData Consult the Gazelle Growth Award. This has been awarded every year since – meaning 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Local and global expert IT consultants
Based on our successful Danish concept a decision was taken in 2006 to globalize our service concept. This allowed us to service Danish customers with departments abroad, and to provide expert-level IT consultancy services to foreign companies.
