The Quality Department is responsible for the current follow-up of consultants as well as clients throughout the entire progress of the job. The department also ensures that the quality assurance meets the standards in all the company’s other departments. The quality assurance is considered to be completed when IT consulting services of uncompromising quality have been delivered and when the client feels that he/she has received the appropriate help and added value.
